Abbe's BIO
With three albums to her credit and a host of singles on compilations, Abbe's songs have received airplay throughout the United States. Her songwriting has won awards in three different genres. She was selected as a New Folk Finalist at the Kerrville Folk Festival in 1994. She won top honors in VOCAL's novelty song contest in 1995. Her Down to Earth CD was DECMA's album of the year. Its first cut, "Horse Sense" earned Abbe the Songwriter of the Year award from the Country Music Associations of America in 1996.
